The FLR Service provides businesses with easy to remember 13/1300/1800 numbers. Calls to these numbers can be routed a variety of ways (as selected by the customer) and carried to the customer's nominated answering point(s). Callers to 13/1300 numbers are charged no more than the Local Amount and 1800 numbers are free to callers from a fixed line standard telephone service. Our customers are only charged for calls made to their FLR Service.

Preselect

Soul's Business Preselection is an outbound voice service that allows a customer to take advantage of Soul's market-leading rates for national, international and fixed to mobile calls. The service requires no hardware expenses or system upgrades, so the switch is easy.

National Call Collection

National Call Collection (NCC) gives you the opportunity to expand your business across any location within Australia, whilst giving the appearance that you are a local business. A Virtual Phone Number is a way for people outside your local calling area to call you for the price of a local call if you choose a virtual phone number in their local calling area.

Call Termination Service

Soul's Call Termination Service (CTS) offers you the ability to transit and terminate National and International calls via Soul's national IP network and/or a Third Party network. It is available for Carriers and Service Providers who directly or indirectly connect to Soul's national network via SS7 or IP.

Voice Enabling Port

Soul has developed the VEP to easily accommodate customers who own and operate voice equipment with Ethernet or Fast Ethernet interfaces. The VEP serves as an excellent connectivity mechanism for customers with "IP enabled" interfaces and have a requirement to trunk voice calls using either the G729 or G711. The Soul Voice network is able to support signaling on H323 V2 as well as Session Initiation Protocol (SIP).

Digital Voice Port

The Digital Voice Port easily accommodates customers who own and operate voice equipment with ETSI ISDN interface(s). The DVP serves as an excellent ISDN connectivity mechanism where the port provides for 30 B channels of 64kbit/s each and one 64kbit/s D channel (which is used for signaling). The DVP is available in all 66 Call Collection Areas (CCA) within Australia.
